Ubisoft announced today that the long-awaited open-world racing game The Crew 2 is coming on June 29, 2018. The game will be available on Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. The crew was supposed to be released on March 16 but it got delayed last December. An announcement was made by the developer telling that it will come between April to December.
Legendary Motors Pack
The reason for the delay was said to make the game better for the players, To give better quality and experience.There are three different Editions available at launch. If you pre-order any version of the game you will get the Legendary Motors Pack, which consists of Mercedes-AMG C 63 Touring Car 2016 and the Harley-Davidson Iron 883 2017.
Deluxe Edition costing $70 gets you the Legendary and Deluxe Motorsports pack, Which will include major cars like the Ford F-150 Raptor Race Truck 2017, the Abarth 500 2008 Monster Truck, The Pilatus PC-21 aerobatics plane, and few outfits for your character. Also, check out our wishlist.
Gold Edition is the priciest costing $110-$100 depending on a physical or digital copy, which will get you up to 3-days early access to the game, comes with the season pass, steel book case, the Legendary Motors Pack, and the Motorsports Deluxe Pack.
The Crew 2 will let players customize their cars and enjoy free roam racing in the streets of a redesigned America with different competitions. The story you take control of is about a driver who wants to become the greatest motorsports champion, along the way collecting exotic cars and bikes. There are planes and boats available too in The Crew 2 for the first time thus dominating the land, water and air.
Crew 2 will feature cooperative multiplayer, where you can join your friends and race together as a crew similar to the first game or you can play solo. The racing themes include off-road freestyle and pro racing.
