If you were jealous of all that action PlayStation VR players had the chance to get while playing Skyrim all this time then you can rejoice. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR is headed to Steam next month, on April 3rd. Are you ready for some VR action?

As announced by the game’s page on Steam, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR will support HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality with both standing and Room-Scale play area. This edition includes the base game and all its official add-ons – Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

If you were wondering if you’ll be able to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR without having to buy it, if you own the classic Skyrim Edition then the answer is now. That would be odd for a game of its size right?

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR description on Steam reads:

A true, full-length open-world game for VR has arrived from award-winning developers, Bethesda Game Studios. Skyrim VR reimagines the complete epic fantasy masterpiece with an unparalleled sense of scale, depth, and immersion. From battling ancient dragons to exploring rugged mountains and more, Skyrim VR brings to life a complete open world for you to experience any way you choose. Skyrim VR includes the critically-acclaimed core game and official add-ons – Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

Dragons, long lost to the passages of the Elder Scrolls, have returned to Tamriel and the future of the Empire hangs in the balance. As Dragonborn, the prophesied hero born with the power of The Voice, you are the only one who can stand amongst them.

The VR edition of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will release on Steam on April 3rd, 2018, priced at 59,99€. Pre-orders are already available so if you already own one of the aforementioned VR headsets, then this one is a must-buy.
