State Of Decay 2 System Requirements Revealed And They Are Quite Reasonable
State of Decay 2 is one of the Xbox One exclusives that will launch this year and developer Undead Labs has revealed the State Of Decay 2 System Requirements detailing the minimum and recommended specs to play the game.
According to the State Of Decay 2 System Requirements, the game requires 8GB of RAM with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or AMD Radeon HD 7870 and Intel i5-2500 at 2.7 GHz or AMD FX-6300, these are the minimum requirements to play the game.
As for the recommended State Of Decay 2 system requirements, the game requires 16 GB of RAM with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon R9 380 and Intel i5-4570 at 3.2 GHz or AMD FX-8350.
The systems requirements for the game seems to be quite reasonable, however, the requirements didn’t reveal the amount of HDD space you will be needing to install it, maybe the devs will reveal it near the game’s launch.
Also, developer Undead Labs has confirmed that State Of Decay 2 will be significantly larger than the first game.
According to Undead CEO Jeff Strain, the studio is well aware of the fan’s desire for a bigger and better world in the sequel and confirmed that the world is substantially large but did not share any specifics.
I know SoD fans are hungry for details on number and size of maps, regions, kilometers of playable area, etc, but we’re not quite ready for that. For now, suffice it to say that the playable area is substantially larger than State of Decay.
Also, Undead CEO added that devs want to game to be fun and the core gameplay is built around “teamwork and cooperation”. Also, players will not be forced to stick together, they can get in a car and go anywhere they like.
State of Decay 2 is a survival game in development at Undead labs and is scheduled to launch in May 2018 for PC and Xbox One.
