State of Decay 2 is Cheaper But Not Short of Promise, Release Date is Here

State Of Decay 2 is a post-apocalyptic zombie survival video game that has a lot of fans waiting for its release. The Xbox Wire Editor Mike Nelson has confirmed in the Xbox news blog post that the game will be launching worldwide coming May. The highly anticipated game will be an Xbox play-anywhere title that will be available on Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, and Xbox Game Pass prior to E3 2018.

Furthermore, he added that the Standard Edition of the game will retail for $29.99 while the Ultimate edition will cost $49.99. For those who decide to pre-order, the game will be available four days earlier for them. It seems like Microsoft is trying to make a better effort overall at releasing more exclusive first party titles this year.

The elements in the screenshots are breathtaking. The vast lands, mountains give a lot of hope in a dark world.

The general manager of game’s marketing at Microsoft, Aaron Greenberg said that the team aims to build a long-lasting relationship with this game’s community. They want to foster even deeper experiences with the franchise so it may grow to become an even bigger title. Giving its fans a platform to immerse themselves in this survival fantasy world has been a priority.

He further shared his views on adding more and more players as the game grows. That he shall not lose any opportunity to increase its fan base because according to him this game deserves a huge fan following.
