If you’re excited for World of Warcraft’s upcoming expansion, you can be one of the Battle For Azeroth preorders and gain early access to a 110 level boost, along with early access to the Allied Races that players will be introduced to over the course of the expansion when it releases.
Battle for Azeroth is a return to form for World of Warcraft. While various expansion villains like the Lich King, Garrosh Hellscream’s Iron Horde, Deathwing, and the Burning Legion had often forced the Alliance and Horde to work together, Battle for Azeroth comes with the renewal of hostilities between the two factions since the Burning Legion has once again failed to conquer Azeroth.
The expansion was first announced at BlizzCon 2017 with an epic trailer, and while it doesn’t have an exact release date yet, hopefully it’s pretty close.
Players who get Battle for Azeroth preorders will be able to possibly create a new character if they want to, boosting them up through all of the previous story content to cut down on both grinding and quests that they’ve already gotten by going up to 110. With the level cap boosted to 120, it’ll still allow players to get a good bit of play out of a new class if they want to take on the expansion with new gear and abilities.
The Allied Races are a new feature in World of Warcraft, being variants of currently existing races that are already part of the Alliance and Horde. The Horde will get Highmountain Tauren and Nightfallen Elves, while Alliance characters will get Lightforged Draenei and Void Elves. If you pre-order the game you’ll be able to recruit all of these races early, instead of having to go through their quest chains. Two other factions, the Dark Iron Dwarves and Zandalari Trolls, will also be available to recruit.
You can access the Battle for Azeroth preorders on the Blizzard store right now, and be sure to be ready for the expansion when it releases later this year.
