AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge APUs With Vega Graphics Already Being Sold

AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge APUs are being sold at some small retailers and we have listings from a retailer in Singapore. The prices are a bit different as compared to the USA but that is to be expected. There are two versions that are available as of right now that come with AMD Vega graphics the AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge 2200G and 2400G.

Both AMD Ryzen Raven Ridge APUs feature 4 cores and 8 threads and while the 2400G costs $169, the 2200G costs $99. For the money, you are getting a lot of APU and processing power and it will be interesting to see what Intel has to offer in its defense. You can check out the listing of the APU below:

The Raven Ridge/Ryzen Mobile design was sort of like the first step, but we are nowhere near done with everything that can be done, so you are going to see that power profile get better and better as new systems come out. So yes, I am very optimistic about the whole, like I said, I am simply amazed with some of the things that you can do, or we can do with in partnership with the OEMs.

She also talked about the fact that Ryzen provides more cores and more threads as compared to the competition at any price point and the following are her exact words:

“Our goal is to make sure that we provide step-function improvements for our customers. If you look at our Ryzen product line, for example, at every price point we offer more threads, more multithreaded performance.”
