In a recent interview AMD CEO Lisa Su said that Raven Ridge and AMD Ryzen Mobile are just a start and that the company is not done yet. The following is that she had to say:

The Raven Ridge/Ryzen Mobile design was sort of like the first step, but we are nowhere near done with everything that can be done, so you are going to see that power profile get better and better as new systems come out. So yes, I am very optimistic about the whole, like I said, I am simply amazed with some of the things that you can do, or we can do with in partnership with the OEMs.

AMD Vega Mobile has also been announced for the mobile market. AMD has touted that its new Radeon ‘Vega’ line will not only just be small, but that it will be powerful enough to support VR games even on ultra-thin notebooks. It’s expected to hit the market sometime in the second quarter this year. You can read all about it here.
