It seems that people are paying for AMD Ryzen 3 chips and are getting AMD Ryzen 5 CPUs instead. While it seems to be odd, multiple reports are coming in regarding the matter and it seems to be a barcode error of some sort. The barcode on the box clearly states AMD Ryzen 3 but the CPU inside is AMD Ryzen 5.
