For those unaware, Overwatch League has a dedicated mobile app that can now be downloaded for both Android and iOS from the respective stores.

It is completely free of charge and most importantly, comes through the official channels of Blizzard. Hence, there should be no concerns of security that are usually brought up when dealing with third-party vendors.

The mobile app can be used to access scheduling information for Overwatch League, as well as keep up to date with standings in real-time. Blizzard has promised that the content will also be updated with time to include highlights, profiles, interviews, analytics, and anything else related to the ambitious esports initiative of the game.

Those who install the mobile app on their phones will automatically receive push notifications as reminders to every upcoming match. You can choose to either watch the matches live or at a later date with on-demand videos.

Overwatch League will begin its inaugural season on January 10, with the first stage of matches running through an entire month. Tickets can be purchased for any day from the official website as long as the house isn’t full. They are all categorized under general admission and do not include special or backstage passes that cost extra. The tickets for weekdays cost $20, while the weekend will set you back by $30.

Those interested in attending the matches in person should hurry. The opening day has already sold out, with the rest of the days follow suit.
