Free Assassin’s Creed Origins Expansion Along With Title Update And More Coming In January

Assassin’s Creed Origins launched last year with critical acclaim and since then Ubisoft has been supporting the game with in-game content and now the studio has announced free Assassin’s Creed Origins expansion along with title update and more that will roll out later this month.

While Ubisoft has announced the free Assassin’s Creed Origins expansion for January but, no specific release date has been announced. The expansion is titled “The Hidden Ones”. In this expansion, Bayek will fight against the Romans who have invaded and taken over an entirely new region in the game.

Not only that, the game will also receive a title update and more, however, what this update will bring is not yet known. “Big updates are coming to Assassin’s Creed Origins this month, including our first major story expansion, a free title update, and more!”

Speaking of the Assassin’s Creed games, another concept art has leaked on the internet suggesting that the next Assassin’s Creed will be set in Feudal Japan. The clue comes from comes from the artstation profile of Juhani Jokinen, associate lead concept artist at Ubisoft.

The leaked concept art features what seem to be Japanese Assassin’s standing inside one of the temples remnant of The “First Civilization” or “Those who came before”.

However, a couple of concept arts were leaked prior to this which also suggest that the next game in the franchise will be set in Feudal Japan. In one of the concept arts, Assassins are riding on horses towards a fortress which looks very similar to Temples in Japan, also the horse rider has Assassin’s mark on his back.

Assassin’s Creed Origins is a third-person action adventure game developed by Ubisoft for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
