From the two images, you can clearly see that the Meltdown bug does not have a significant impact on the numbers other than the Physics (compute) score where we see a 5% difference. Other than that you are all good to go. While performance difference can vary on modern hardware it should be noted that these are synthetic benchmarks and not real-world tests.
