The Witcher 3 Officially Getting Xbox One X Support

The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPGs of this generation and with the launch of Xbox One X many were hoping that the game would be enhanced, however, that didn’t happen and it seems that is about ot change as The Witcher 3 is officially getting Xbox One X support.

The Witcher 3 Xbox One X update is now mentioned as coming soon on Microsoft’s website. However, this is not the first time Xbox One support has been hinted or confirmed for the game and we hope that the update will roll out just in time for holidays.

Speaking of the Witcher, The Witcher 3 wrapped up the adventures of Geralt of Rivia and the studio has noted that many times that they have no plans for The Witcher 4. However, according to CD Projekt CEO Adam Kiciński, reiterated that the studio has no plans for The Witcher 4 but, hinted that there might be other games in the Witcher universe.

According to Adam, the studio still owns the rights to The Witcher IP and fans and investors will probably “won’t forgive them” for abandoning the IP. While we won’t be getting a fourth game in The Witcher franchise but, the idea of other games in the same world is definitely interesting and we would love to see what CD Projekt Red can do.

CD Projekt Red is currently working on Cyberpunk 2077, however, Not much is known about the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 but, a rumor has been making rounds on the internet that the game will be 4 times bigger than The Witcher 3 and its DLCs combined.

The Witcher 3 is a third-person action RPG developed by CD Projekt Red for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
