Sea of Thieves is only a few months away for Xbox One and Windows 10 players and it comes with cross-platform play. Thanks to Microsoft, Rare’s Sea of Thieves, which is an Online Shared World pirate game, now has an official release date of March 20th. A new trailer was also released which showcased a perfect life of a pirate incorporating thievery and sword fighting and most importantly reanimated skeletons.
First announced during Microsoft’s presser at E3 back in 2015, Sea of Thieves features a first-person gameplay allowing players to explore, fight, solve puzzles and of course have ship battles alongside hijacking ships. It’s you if you were a pirate! Players have to work together and manage their pirate vessel together alongside exploring the open world.
Having good coordination with your group members is imperative in this game. Once you fully establish a sound group take on other groups in the open world in your search for loot. Arm yourself and your team members well, who knows when combat strikes!
The new Sea of Thieves gameplay trailer shows an excellent amount of action and heart pumping sea battles. It is every pirate wannabe’s dream. Check out the Sea of Thieves gameplay below.
Sea of Thieves Gameplay
Sea of Thieves is now in the testing phase with Rare’s Insider Programmer and news coming from the dug-out is that everything is working like a well-oiled machine.
The developers seem confident with their work and will soon begin to add more players to the network and see how that effects the game speed and the overall gaming experience.
The buzz created by the trailer alone was enough to get gamers excited for this upcoming game. With everything in proper order, all that is left to do is wait for this game to be released.
