Bluehole has already announced the two new maps for PUBG one of which is the Desert map that the studio has been teasing for quite a while through screenshots, however, it has been confirmed that we would be getting our first look at PUBG desert map at Game Awards 2017.
The news comes from Geoff Keighley, who posted on his official Twitter account confirming that Bluehole will be revealing the PUBG desert map gameplay at the Game Awards 2017 on Thursday, December 7.
In related news, Tencent has confirmed the mobile version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds for China, following the publishing partnership with Bluehole. The company aims to bring all the features of the PC version to the PUBG mobile version to offer the mobile players the same experience.
Thanks to the excellent accumulation of PUBG on the PC terminal and the teamwork between the two teams, the progress of the mobile game preparation is very smooth and in the near future, Chinese players can enjoy the genuine game anytime, anywhere on the mobile phone.
Speaking of the Game Awards, Geoff Keighley has confirmed that there will be a lot of new game announcements at the event.
Gamers will see more video game world premieres compared to any of the previous Game Awards. He revealed the number of games to be revealed at the event stand at 12 but noted that the number could go up or down as the event gets closer.
Also, PUBG Xbox One file size has been revealed. According to placeholder packaging on various retailers, PUBG Xbox One file size is up to 30 GB. Compared to the PC version which is around 7-8 GB, Xbox One file size of the game is quite high.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a multiplayer survival game currently in early access for PC and will launch for consoles later.
