Destiny 2 is an incredible game, however, once you have completed everything that the game has to offer, there is not much endgame content and Destiny 2 players have raised concerns over the apparent lack of Destiny 2 endgame content and Bungie has assured that they will soon address this issue.
Bungie was supposed to live stream the upcoming Curse of Osiris expansion, however, the studio has scrapped that plan to invest “all efforts into delivering some higher priority information” about Destiny 2 endgame content. Bungie will address the Destiny 2 endgame content issue today.
Tomorrow, we had planned to conduct the final stream prior to the launch of “Curse of Osiris” to show off some of the weapons and armor the expansion includes. Instead, we are investing all our efforts into delivering some higher priority information about Destiny 2. You’ll hear from studio leadership about their assessment of Destiny all up, they’ll talk about our goals for the game going forward, and you’ll also learn about how we’re reacting to your feedback with some game updates that will arrive in the next few weeks.
In related news, Bungie has confirmed that the Curse of Osiris expansion will also include Heroic Adventures with modifiers that will rotate every time a player completes an adventure.
Furthermore, with the launch of Cuse of Osiris expansion, Bungie will change the animation for hand cannons. Currently, when the hand cannon is fired it flicks upwards which causes the players to again adjust the gun on its target making it difficult to fire in a quick succession.
The new animation will cause the hand cannon to flick backward making it easier for players to fire multiple shots in a quick succession without adjusting the aim.
Destiny 2 is a first-person action shooter developed by Bungie for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
