PUBG is currently the hot thing in the game industry and the game has reached another milestone in terms of sales as the PUBG Sales are over 22 million units. Not only that, one million units of the game have been sold since November 15.

PUBG sales have proven to be extremely successful despite the game being in early access since March of this year. Also, the game is scheduled to roll out for Xbox One on December 12 and will also be a launch exclusive title for the console.

However, the game’s exclusivity on Xbox One might extend as a report has made its away on the internet suggesting that Microsoft is in talks with Bluehole Studio to extend the PUBGs’ exclusivity on Xbox One. The news comes shortly after the studio announced that it is in talks with Sony to bring the game to PlayStation 4.

Also, the studio has confirmed that the development team is planning a PUBGs Ranked Game Mode along with other progression systems for maximum player engagement like leveling system for the players and weapons skill system and also added that these progression systems will not affect the gameplay.

Also, Tencent has got the rights to publish the game in China. Also, the game is being adjusted to make sure that it conforms to socialist core values, Chinese traditional culture, and moral rules.

This partnership will also emphasize “banning cheaters” and “making the game work around regulations.” PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has banned over 700K players already. This also reduces the chance of PUBGs being banned in China.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is a multiplayer survival game currently in early access for PC and will launch for consoles later.
