Doom for Nintendo Switch launched for Nintendo Switch earlier this month, however, the game had some audio issues that Bethesda sorted out with the recent audio patch for the game but, the patch itself has caused more problems for Doom on Nintendo Switch.

According to the reports from the players, after the patch has been rolled out they are unable to navigate the menu for file load and options. Furthermore, the players have reported that they are also unable to change or boost their weapons in-game.

Bethesda is yet to officially launch a fix for this problem but, a temporary workaround has been discovered. Just restart the Nintendo Switch and the issue should resolve.

Speaking of Nintendo Switch, the hybrid console has been killing the competition since its launch and the console was again the best selling console in the US for the month of October.

Not only Nintendo Switch is outselling the current-gen consoles but the software for the hybrid console is outputting good results as Super Mario Odessey came at the top for individual formats hardware unit sales chart leaving behind the likes of Assassin’s Creed Origins and Shadow Of War.

Furthermore, a report has made its way to the internet suggesting that Nintendo has ramped up the Switch production to somewhere between 25 and 30 million units.

According to the report, Nintendo Switch production could be ramped even more but, it will depend on what happens in the Holiday season.

Also, Nintendo wants Switch to match 100 million units install base of the Wii console saying “The truth is we want to raise the installed base of Switch up to the same level as Wii”.

Doom is a first-person action shooter developed by id Software for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch.
