Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris will roll out in December and with its launch, Weekly Reset timing will be changed and now Bungie has detailed the content that will be available in the expansion and confirmed that the expansion will add a Raid lair.
To be precise, Destiny 2 Curse Of Osiris will not bring a full-fledged new raid but, will the Raid lair titled “Eater of Worlds” which will be a new section that will be added to the already existing Leviathan Raid but will be a separate component. Eater of Worlds will feature a new boss battle, puzzles, and enemies.
Eater of Worlds will also have a prestige mode and will drop higher level loot for players with Power Level of 300 which will make it worth their while.
Also, Bungie has announced that the Double XP Clan event in Destiny 2, Clarion Call, will start this weekend on November 17. The event will help those players who have low levels and want to level up fast to participate in end-game content.
December 5 will also see the launch of Destiny 2 enhancements patches for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.
The game will support High Dynamic Range(HDR) and adaptive 4K, a fancy word for dynamic resolution scaling, on both PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.
On December 5, along with the launch of Curse of Osiris and Season Two, we’ll be deploying an update to Destiny 2 that will deliver stunning gameplay with high dynamic range (HDR) lighting to these new consoles. You’ll also see adaptive 4K resolution on the PlayStation 4 Pro and 4K on the Xbox One X.
Destiny 2 is a first-person action shooter developed by Bungie for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The Curse Of Osiris expansion will be available on December 5, 2017.
