Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO Pictured And Benchmarked

Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO has been pictured and benchmarked and you can check out the Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO in all its glory here. We have been waiting for custom AMD Vega GPUs for some time now and it is about time that we got new images of the upcoming AMD Vega custom GPUs.

The Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO is a 2.5 slot GPU. This is an early sample so the benchmarks might not be accurate but this should give us an idea of what we can expect from custom AMD Vega GPUs. There is no DVI port on the card and you will need 3 8-pin power connectors in order to power this beast. This means that the Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO takes a lot of power.

There are LEDs on the extreme fans but we do not know if Blue is the only color or these are RGB lights. You can check out images of the Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 NITRO below:

You can check out more images and benchmarks of the graphics card here. From the bencharks we see that the custom Vega 64 performs better than the reference design as well as the Nvidia GTX 1080 in FireStrike Ultra. The same is the case in FireStrike.

The fact that this graphics card has more power connectors does not make it better and as this is an early model it is possible that these benchmarks are not accurate. Furthermore, it should be noted that the graphics card has reference clocks and the improvement in performance is due to better cooling.

At this time we do not have information regarding price or the release of the graphics card. For more information stay tuned to SegmentNext.
