There has been a lot of hype around the Apple iPhone X but with tech, there is always something wrong and that is also the case for the Apple iPhone X. Multiple users have been reporting that the Apple iPhone X screen becomes unresponsive when the device is used in cold climates. While this is something unusual considering the premium price Apple will be releasing a patch to fix the issue.
The iPhone X costs about $1000 and for that price you expect the device to perform perfectly out of the box. My first thought was that this was some kind of hardware issue but it seems that the Apple iPhone X screen issue can be fixed with a patch. We do not know when the patch will be coming out but keeping in mind the heat that Apple is getting you can expect one real soon.
According to an Apple spokesperson:
“We are aware of instances where the iPhone X screen will become temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid change to a cold environment. After several seconds the screen will become fully responsive again. This will be addressed in an upcoming software update.”
