Before Call of Duty: WW2 launch, Sledgehammer Games revealed that those who will watch other players open loot boxes will also be rewarded but did not specify what rewards players will be getting. Now that the game is out we now know how the game will reward you for spectating other opening their loot crates.
One of the games daily tasks for players is to watch three other players open their loot crates in the headquarters. To spectate other players opening their loot crates that game will reward you with Social Score. The higher your Social Score the higher will the chances that you will get high-end loot in the loot crate.
Furthermore, the game also rewards prestige players with unique weapons, uniforms and more. In the previous Call of Duty titles, there were not really any rewards for being a prestige player but things will change in Call of Duty: WW2.
Prestige players in Call of Duty: WW2 will be rewarded and each division will have unique rewards like additional gear and more.
While Call of Duty: WW2 has just released but there is already talk of the next year’s Call of Duty on the internet. According to the industry analyst, next year’s Call of Duty will be Call of Duty Black Ops 4. Cowen & Company predicted it as part of the company’s note to investor’s regarding its worries about Activision’s financial performance in 2018.
Also, Sledgehammer Games has explained why they didn’t develop a sequel to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. According to studio head Michael Condrey, discussed while developing Advanced Warfare 2 would have been a natural thing but, that wouldn’t have got fans excited.
