When we talk about Call of Duty WW2 special edition, the first thing that comes to mind is price, at least in my mind that’s the case. The good news is that Call of Duty WW2 special editions are reasonably priced so gamers like me can at least think about buying one for extra content.
Call of Duty WW2 has three different editions – The Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, and the Pro Edition. The first is priced at $60 while both the later are going to cost players $99.99 ($100).
Call of Duty WW2 – The Standard Edition
This is the most basic version of Call of Duty WW2 you can buy. It comes to you at $60 and only includes the base game that features the singleplayer mode as well as the multiplayer modes. You can grab a copy from Amazon or your respective first party store – PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Marketplace, or Steam for PC.
Call of Duty WW2 Digital Deluxe Edition
Call of Duty WW2 Digital Deluxe Edition is the premium version of the game. Sledgehammer Games is offering the base game along with all of the extra content through its season pass via the Digital Deluxe Edition. You can grab the premium COD 2017 edition for $99.99.
Call of Duty WW2 Pro Edition
There is only one slight difference between the Pro and Digital Deluxe Edition, the Pro Edition comes with a SteelBook case. Apart from that, both are the same. Pro Edition comes with the season pass as well as the base game. The good news is that there are no extra charges, both editions cost $99.99 each. However, the Pro Edition comes only in physical form and is exclusive to GameStop.
Which Should You Buy?
Well, there has been a lot of criticism after the recently held beta so first, I would recommend waiting for the reviews before grabbing a copy. Secondly, if you are eager to pull the trigger before release and buy it, I suggest getting the base version for $60 and grab the season pass down the line if you really enjoy the game; and like what the future content looks like when it is revealed.
