Reports have started to emerge that PS4 users are unable to sing-in into their PSN account. While this problem has popped up following firmware update 5.0 but, this problem has nothing to do with the update. According to a report, PSN sign-in failure is due to the updated terms of service.

The report comes from MP1st, who have also a quick fix for this PSN sign-in failure. To fix this issue all you have to do is manually sign-in to your PSN account the issue will be resolved. However, it is unknown if these new terms of service have been applied to PS3 and PS Vita.

In related news, many users have reported they are facing Error Code E-801809A8 which prevents them from updating the firmware 5.0. While it is not officially confirmed yet but, reports suggest that the error might be occurring due to a faulty Blu-Ray drive which might be preventing users from updating the firmware.

Users have also reported that they have tried installing the PS4 Firmware Update 5.0 in the safe mode but, to no avail. Also, without the software update, users are not able to connect to PSN.

Sony has announced that it will be making big new PS4 games announcements at Paris Games Week which starts later this month. Also, it is unclear whether these games will be multi-platform ot PlayStation exclusive titles.
