Uncharted Movie: Bryan Cranston Being Considered For An Unspecified Role

Uncharted movie has been in the works for quite some time and Sony Pictures is slowly but, steadily making progress regarding the movie and now a report has emerged which suggests that Sony is considering Bryan Cranston for a role in the Uncharted Movie.

The report comes from ThatHashTagShow, who claims that their sources have told them Sony Pictures is considering Breaking Bad actor, Bryan Cranston, for an unspecified role. If we have to guess, Sony might be considering him for the role of Sullivan as he has got the dry humor and looks to pull it off.

However, there is a possibility that he is being considered for the villain. Also, it is important to note that this is just a rumor so take it as a grain of salt.

Shawn Levy will be directing the movie and Joe Carnahan is writing the latest draft of the script for the Uncharted movie.

Also, Ubisoft is also working on a movie based on The Division. The movie will feature Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain as lead characters. Gyllenhaal will not only star in The Division movie but he will also produce the movie himself. Ubisoft is still looking for a writer to whom they can entrust the responsibility of creating a script.

The silver screen adaptation will follow the story of the game very closely. The movie will focus on a military unit trying to find a cure for the disease that has nearly destroyed New York.

Also, a Gears of War movie is also in the works as The Coalition’s studio head, Rod Fergusson has announced that The Coalition has partnered with Universal Studios to make the movie based on the best-selling game franchise. Gears Of War movie will be produced by Scott Stuber and Dylan Clark of Bluegrass Films.
