Fallout: New Vegas Dev Would Love To Work On Another Fallout Game
Fallout is one of the most popular franchises for Bethesda and Fallout: New Vegas is regarded as one of the best entries in the franchise which was developed by Obsidian Entertainment, however, the studio didn’t follow up the Fallout game with a sequel or any other entry and the devs have expressed that they would like to develop another Fallout.
Speaking with IGN, Fallout: New Vegas director Josh Sawyer expressed that the studio would like to develop another Fallout game if given the opportunity. He added that there are tons of devs at Obsidian Entertainment that will be more than happy to work on a Fallout game.
I would certainly love to work on a Fallout game again. I know there are tons of people at Obsidian who would love to work on a Fallout game again. If we were given the chance, we would certainly love to.
Even the studio is not working on any Fallout game but, according to Sawyer, he gets “more questions about Fallout than anything else,” and “people ask all the time.” if the studio will develop another Fallout title.
Bethesda has announced that its critically acclaimed game Doom is coming to Nintendo Switch this Holiday season and will be followed by Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus for Switch in 2018. However, it seems that these are not the only Bethesda titles that will be coming to Switch as a report suggests that Bethesda is also planning to bring Fallout 4 to Switch.
Speaking of Doom, Bethesda is also bringing the VR version of the critically acclaimed game titled Doom VFR. Players will be able to experience the game in virtual reality with the VR version of the game that will launch later this year along with Fallout 4 VR. The game will be available for HTC Vive and PSVR.
