BioMutant Will Not Overstay Its Welcome, Can Be Finished In 10 Hours If Wanted
BioMutant is an RPG with a fantasy setting and if you have played games of this genre before then you know that they can be pretty lengthy but that is not the case with BioMutant. According to the developers of the game, BioMutant does not overstay its welcome and you can complete the game in 10 hours if that is what you wanted to do.
The game has a lot of content and you can explore the world and clock dramatically more than 10 hours but it all depends on the player and what the player wants to do. If you only follow the main quest then the game will be shorter as compared to doing all the side missions as well.
According to Stefan Ljungqvist, Co-Founder and Head of Studio at developer Experiment 101, there are a lot of things you can do in the game as this is an open-world title. He also talked about the replayability factor of the game and how they want players to come back after the game ends as the game has multiple endings to check out.
“It’s a hard one to answer as it’s an open world game, but our go-to reply is minimum 10 hours…Simplified, there are just a few “requirements” you “must” complete in order to make it to the end of the game.”
There are multiple tribes in the game and these tribes are associated with the Yin-Yang morality system in BioMutant. Deciding on which tribe you side with will change the end game and each tribe will have their own king and their own way of ruling the world. Such decisions will impact the game and will change the end result in the long run.
“The world is inhabited by a number of different tribes that stand divided, each vying for power. As a player you have multiple choices here and they all tie into the Yin Yang system. If you chose to ally and work with a “dark” tribe Master and help him either subdue or defeat the other Masters, that will make him king at the end of your game and will change it accordingly. In addition, your Yin Yang will also play into the end.”
