Riot Games has officially announced the finalized roster for every team that is scheduled to compete in the 2017 League of Legends World Championship.
All eyes are naturally on SK Telecom T1. The South Korean powerhouse is undoubtedly the most dominant team in history of the game. It has so far secured three world championship titles, including the one from last year, and is looking forward to bagging its fourth. However, the competition promises to be fierce this year and may prove unexpected results.
Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon surprised everyone by dominating the top lane right after bring recruited by SK Telecom T1 during the year-end roster shuffle. Having performed underwhelming in the recent summer split, there was speculation that he might not be part of the final roster. His inclusion has now been confirmed with Kang “Blank” Sun-gu filling in as substitute. Park “Untara” Ui-jin, who was used to replace Huni during his slump, will not be attending the championship.
