Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is the upcoming game from developer Monolith Soft for Nintendo Switch and now the studio has confirmed the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 release date. The release date was announced during the recent Nintendo Direct event.
According to Nintendo, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 release date is December 1, 2017, for North America and Europe. Along with the release date, Nintendo has also revealed the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Special Edition.
The special edition will include a copy of the game, soundtrack CD, a 220-page art book, and a special steel-book case. Also, a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 themed Nintendo Switch pro controller will also be released on December 1, 2017.
While Monolith Soft is busy bringing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 to Nintendo Switch but, the studio also desires to port Xenoblade Chronicles X to Switch.
Tetsuya Takahashi mentioned that he would love to think about creating a Xenoblade Chronicles X Nintendo Switch port once the development on Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has been completed.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is an upcoming action RPG in development at Monolith Soft and will launch on December 1, 2017, in North America and Europe exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
