Destiny 2 was launched a few days ago and it has taken the gaming industry by storm by perhaps being one of the few sequels that delivered up to its hype. However, players have been anxiously awaiting the Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid which Bungie chose to launch a week after its release. This actually works out well as it means that player can boost their power level up to whatever their liking is for the raid.
Game Director, Luke Smith, has confirmed that the Power level for the raid will be between 260 and 280 so some players might have some more grinding to do if they have been unable to reach that power level till now for one reason or another.
The new Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid will be similar to Destiny 1, It will have an increased power level with each encounter. The loot you acquire throughout the raid will also make you stronger to even things up. So it means that you may want to have a Power Level higher than 260 for optimum performance.
Not a lot of information is available about the raid yet, however, we do know that a new weapon will be included. Recently Bungie has announced the release date of the raid to be September 13 at 10 AM PT or 1 PM ET. Players with clans should have no problems but solo players will need to wait for the Guided Games which unlocks at 26 September or find a group of people to play.
