In this Destiny 2 Dawnblade Warlock Builds Guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about building your Dawnblade Warlock in the best possible ways.

Destiny 2 Dawnblade Warlock Builds

Dawnblade Warlock Subclass in Destiny 2 relies on dishing out a massive amount of damage with a huge focus on aerial combat. If you like to set your adversaries ablaze, the Dawnblade Warlock Subclass is, without a doubt, for you. The Subclass’ Super Ability is called Daybreak that lets Dawnblade hurl flaming projectiles either on the ground or in the air. Before we get to build itself, here is everything you need to know about the Dawnblade Warlock Subclass.

Gear Recommendation

  • Armor: Wings of Sacred Dawn
  • Weapon: Any Sniper, Cannon, Scout Rifle
  • Grenade Ability: Any
  • Movement Mode: Any
  • Class Ability: Any
  • Path: Upper Path – Heat Rises, Winged Sun, Swift Strike, Icarus Dash

How to Play

This Dawnblade Warlock Build primarily revolves around scoring as many aerial kills as possible. With Heat Rises, you will be able to recharge your Grenade and Melee energy from aerial kills. With Wings of Sacred Dawn, you will gain the ability to stay airborne by securing kills. This has good synergy with Heat Rises as each successful kill will allow you to stay in the air for longer durations of time. On top of that, Swift Strike will drastically increase your reload speed so that does not become an issue.

Aside from that, Winged Sun will allow you to use your Grenade Abilities while gliding so that you are never caught off-guard. Finally, with your Super Ability active, your other abilities will automatically recharge themselves, allowing you to dish out, even more, damage and stay on top of your game. This is the reason why you need to go with Upper Path as the Lower Path does not seem too good.
