Destiny 2 Exotics ‘The Life Exotic’ Trophy Guide

Destiny 2 Exotics ‘The Life Exotic’ Trophy Guide details everything that you need to know in order to unlock the trophy ‘The Life Exotic’ in Destiny 2.

How to Unlock ‘The Life Exotic’ Trophy?

To unlock the ‘The Life Exotic’ trophy, all you need to do is collect 15 exotic weapons or armor in the game. Exotics items are the rarest items in the game and they have the color yellow so you can easily identify an exotic item when you pick it.

Getting your hands on exotics weapons is not easy however in Destiny 2 if you play the main campaign; you are guaranteed to get three exotic weapons as rewards for completing quests. During the story, if you reach the following points, you are rewarded with an exotic weapon.

  1. Complete Mission 6: Riptide
  2. Complete Mission 10: Sacrilege
  3. Finish the Story

Complete these missions with each subclass of the game to increase this count to 9. This count is for your account overall so even when you get an exotic item whether weapon or armor with different characters, they will add to this trophy. However, the condition is that the item must be unique. Therefore, with each subclass, you must choose an item different then chose on your other playthroughs.

Another easy quest for an exotic item is Shaxx’s Call to Arms Quest. Complete this quest for a confirmed exotic item. Other means of acquiring Exotic Items are via playing the PvE and PvP both. They will drop randomly during these matches by killing enemies and doing side activities. Also, play Nightfall Strikes and normal Strikes and you will get Exotic item drops.

Once you have collected 15 exotic items, weapons and armor combined, you will unlock the ‘The Life Exotic’ trophy.
