Bayonetta 3 Teased Again By Hideki Kamiya Tweet

There’s a significant amount of possibility that we are going to see Bayonetta 3 not too long from now. After the success of Bayonetta 1 PC port, the game became popular amongst the crowd. There was a certain tweet by Platinum Games founder Hideki Kamiya, that sort of answered the question we all had since Bayonetta 2.

Hideki Kamiya Tweeted on a response to a question raised by a user name ‘koldspagettio’ asking “Is there an actual name for the world of chaos, like inferno and paradiso? Like gaia, or something like” Basically asking about the world in the game. To which Hideki Kamiya briefly and wisely replied to as “Wait till Bayo3″.

Fans became excited in response to his tweet unless the developer is just being cheeky with us, which hopefully isn’t the case here. We will possibly get to see the seductive and dangerous Umbra Witch for another appearance in a 3rd installment of the game. Fans are also guessing it to be true since Nintendo Switch has been released and Bayonetta 3 is yet to be confirmed.

Seeing the pattern for Bayonetta 1 & 2 release on Nintendo Wii U, while Bayonetta 2 being the exclusive title. Combat system of the game is similar to that of the Devil May Cry series. Bayonetta takes place in Vigrid, a fictional city in Europe. According to Kamiya, the game was completely original, though he drew some inspirations from Scandinavian mythology.

The mere response to the fan question could very well indicate that these are things that could be in the works, but there’s nothing concrete at all to report right now, unfortunately. The Bayonetta franchise has gained massive popularity among the fans with its saucy style, fast paced combat, stories inspired from Scandinavian mythology. Bayonetta 3, if confirmed would be a valuable and much anticipated title to the Bayonetta franchise.
