Destiny 2 Raid and Trials Dated, To Release in Less than Two Weeks After Launch

Bungie has unveiled the dates on which Destiny 2 Raids and Trials will roll out to everyone which is in less than two weeks after the game's launch.

There are only five days left until Destiny 2 launches on consoles and we could not be more excited! The game promises a huge amount of features, better graphics and gameplay improvements along with keeping all of the good stuff from the previous game. Bungie recently announced when the endgame activities will launch for Destiny 2 and also revealed when we are getting the ‘Trials’ game mode.

Destiny 2 Raid and Trials Dated by Bungie

Bungie had committed to releasing ‘Trials’ for Destiny 2 before the studio launched their first expansion and according to their newest update; the Raid will unlock at 10:00 Pacific, 18:00 BST, on Sept. 13, 2017, and Trials will unlock at 10:00 Pacific, 18:00 BST, on Sept. 15.

In the original Destiny’s Trials of Osiris, players had to win nine rounds of the game without a single loss and if they won, they would earn a trip to Osiris’ hideout in the Lighthouse on Mercury where a highly prized lootbox awaited them.

Since Destiny 2’s focus is on the rogue warlock, leaks and rumors suggest that the new name for his game mode is Trials of the Nine, with it being based on the Survival and the Countdown game modes.

The fact that we can get Trials so soon after launch is definitely a welcome sight! Also, remember to check out the Raid Mode as it is the Destiny 2’s equivalent of Player vs Environment combat.

On consoles, Raid is launching a week after launch which is surprising as usually, Activision rushes the deployment of their new content.
