People all over social media were furious regarding why Raja Koduri had not said anything about AMD Vega supply and price issues. It turns out that he had gone home to India, kind of a vacation. Now that he is back he said a few words regarding AMD Vega and the pricing and supply issues that people are facing.
Even though Koduri did take to Twitter to voice his concerns there was nothing very convincing that he had to say and nothing that we have not heard already. Being back from his vacation, it might take him a while to get a better grasp of the situation but the latest rumor claims that we will not get AMD Vega back on the shelves before October.
If that is indeed the case then that is a very long wait and this is poor supply from AMD considering how long AMD Vega has been delayed and how late AMD already is. The following is what Raja Koduri had to say about his trip home:
Good to be back home after 2 weeks in India. Combination of vacation and visiting our engineering sites in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

There was a lot of hype around AMD Vega and people attached too much expectation to the product and that is one of the reasons why people are furious not that they are not getting the performance that they expected and the price that they were promised.
All things considered, AMD Vega is a big step for AMD and the company is making some moves in both the CPU and GPU markets. Now we just have to wait and see if the prices become stable or not. This could make or break AMD Vega.
