There Are Call of Duty: WWII Campaign Teasers Hidden In Spotify Barcodes Scattered In Beta
Call of Duty: WWII beta on the PS4 is currently underway and fans are already looking for clues and easter eggs and turns out they have found Spotify barcodes in the beta which act as small teasers for the Call of Duty: WWII campaign. Youtuber PrestigeIsKey is the one to point out these small clues.
These Spotify barcodes are scattered around in several places in Call of Duty: WWII beta, which if scanned by the Spotify app, leads to audio teasers for Call of Duty: WWII campaign. These Spotify barcodes are scattered across three maps available in the beta. The audio files are titled “Intercept Able”, “Intercept Baker”, and “Intercept Charlie”. Check out the video below.
Also, Sledgehammer Games has ditched the final kill cam in Call of Duty: WWII beta and has replaced it with something similar to that of Overwatch’s Play Of The Game feature. It is still unknown how this mechanic in Call of Duty: WWII beta works but, suggests that there are ways in which it “can recognize as worthy of showing to all the players.”
This change is being liked by the Call of Duty community and some even consider that it will promote positive gameplay.
Also, creative director Cameron Dayton has revealed that zombies in Call of Duty: WWII zombies mode are the scariest zombies the players will ever see and will be afraid to even turn off the lights while playing the zombies mode.
Furthermore, Sledgehammer Games has confirmed that there will be a Call of Duty: WWII PC beta but , didn’t share any specifics that when it will be held.
Call of Duty: WWII is a first-person action shooter in development at Sledgehammer Games and is scheduled to launch on November 3, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
