As if the Chocobo Festival wasn’t enough, now gamers are going to be getting some Final Fantasy 15 Assassin’s Creed content in a small DLC pack that’s coming out August 31. The pack, which is intended to promote the upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Origins, will give you Altair and Bayek-inspired outfits to wear.
In addition to two sets of Assassin’s Creed clothing, players will also have a story to go through as they return once again to the town of Lestallum. Niflheim has moved in and set something up inside the town’s power plant, and now it’s up to Noctis and his friends to stop the Empire and take down the Imperial commander in the area.
Players that get the Final Fantasy 15 Assassin’s Creed content will not only get two new outfits to wear, but will also be able to climb buildings like assassins, do leaps of faith from tall buildings, assassinate enemies from haystacks, and parkour across rooftops like you’re playing an actual Assassin’s Creed game.
While Assassin’s Creed: Origins, the next mainline Assassin’s Creed game, still isn’t going to be coming until October 27, this new DLC should provide at least a bit of a fix until gamers can pick up Assassin’s Creed: Origins for yourself. The fact that the DLC also includes new dialogue and new animations instead of being a shallow quest pack is also a plus.
While the Final Fantasy 15 Assassin’s Creed content will become available on August 31, if you can’t pick it up immediately you don’t have to worry. The DLC will actually be available until January 31, allowing you five months to download the DLC whenever you want it.
So, be on the lookout for when the Assassin’s Creed Final Fantasy 15 DLC comes out on both of the game’s platforms (Playstation 4 and Xbox One) on August 31, a week away.
