Microsoft tweeted on 17th that One X pre-order details will be announced 20th August 12 PM Pacific Time at Gamescom. This console is a much more powerful version of the original Xbox One. It will cost $500 and launches November 7th worldwide. Interestingly there were a couple of leaked images concerning the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.
Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition, from what we can gather so far, is the limited edition for the fans of Xbox One console. The console comes with a vertical mounting stand. Similar to the PS4 pro. This gives the console a tall appealing look.
The body Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition has clear differences. ‘Project Scorpio’ is written on the front of the console. The same is vertically written between the right analogue stick and D-pad. There’s a clear difference is surface brushing or woven texture on the side of the console. This should be interesting.
Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition will come with a 1TB hard drive. A German website mediamarkt.de has reportedly listed the One X early. Earlier the same leak appeared on German Amazon ‘Xbox One X Day One Edition’ and then it disappeared. Following the sequence of leaks, this might be legitimate.
Rumors are saying that pre-orders will start as soon as Gamescom event finishes and Microsoft has unveiled the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition and the Vanilla edition. The console consists of 12GB GDDR5 VRAM, faster memory bandwidth of 326 GB/sec, 8 core AMD CPU running at 2.3 GHz. Xbox One X supports 4K resolution gaming and HDR.
