Microsoft has been marketing the upcoming Xbox One X as the most powerful console and looking at its specs it shows. While Microsoft has announced the released date for Xbox One X but, pre-orders for the console are yet to start and it seems Xbox One X pre-order details will be revealed soon.
There is a timer running at Game which suggests that Microsoft will reveal Xbox One X pre-order details (at the time of writing) in 51 hours which is just a little over 2 day from today. It seems that Microsoft will be revealing Xbox One X pre-order details at Xbox Live Show on Sunday, August 20, 2017.
Just recently, Microsoft announced that Crackdown 3 has been delayed to Spring 2018. The game was originally to launch alongside Xbox One X and since the delay, many are wondering if it would impact the launch sales of the console.
According to the industry analyst, Micheal Patcher, he doesn’t think the Crackdown 3 delay will impact the Xbox One X launch sales. He said that the delay was pretty much expected and those who want to buy Xbox One X for the game will get it in March.
He also revealed the reason why he thinks Crackdown 3 delay would not impact Xbox One X launch sales is that he does not expect the console to sell much in the initial months of its launch.
In related news, Slightly Mad Studios has confirmed that Project Cars 2 will run at native 4K and 60 FPS on Xbox One X and added that they have not yet decided the resolution for Sony’s PlayStation 4 Pro.
Xbox One X will be available on November 7, 2017, in the US and will be priced at $499 and will come with games such as Forza Motorsport 7, Halo 5 and more.
