Game Of Thrones Episode 6 Confirms White Dragon Theory, What To Expect From Upcoming Episodes?

Game Of Thrones episode 6 got leaked and I have to say that it was one of the most breath taking episodes so far in the new season. When the teaser trailer for the new season came out there were numerous fans claiming that the Blue eye was the eye of a dragon and Game Of Thrones episode 6 proved that to be true.

Here we are going to talk about other such theories and what you can expect to see in the remaining two episodes of the season. If you have not seen the new episodes so far then there will be spoilers ahead.

Consider yourself warned.

The dragon’s death had a deep impact on Daenerys Targaryen, even though she managed to keep her cool in front of Jon. One thing is for sure, the Targaryen girl is pissed and wants revenge. This is a lot to take in but on the bright side, this turn of events has allowed Daenerys to trust Jon and now she will be working with him to protect the North.

It is interesting that even though the audience knows of the white dragon, both Daenerys and Jon are in the dark regarding its existence. It will be interesting to see how the duo will take on this new threat. The Night King has just landed himself a very serious and powerful weapon.

Game Of Thrones Episode 6

One of the other things worth noting in Game Of Thrones episode 6 is the relationship between Aria and Sansa Stark. The Little finger is indeed messing with them and this is a plot against the sisters but I’m still not sure whether he is actually loyal to Sansa at all. It will be interesting to see how this mystery unfolds.

In Game Of Thrones episode 6, we also got to see Sansa’s character change and how she is craving for power and some would even say that she wants to be the ruler of the north instead of Jon Snow.

Enough about Game Of Thrones episode 6. Let talk about what you can expect from the remaining two episodes.

Jon Snow Finds Out About His Parents

There has been a lot of speculation regarding the actual parents of Jon snow and this is one of the fan theories that turned out to be true. While this has been revealed (kind of) in the series, if you did not know I will explain it to you.

After Robert’s Rebellion, Ned Stark brought home Jon Snow and claimed that he was his bastard son. Even though this is what he told his wife, people that knew Lord Ned Stark and his character know that was not his way. He was a man of honor. In the previous season, we saw Ned’s sister, Lyanna Stark hand him a baby before she dies.

Before passing away she asks Ned to promise him that he would protect the baby and that if Robert found out he would kill him. If that is the case and this is the same baby that Ned Stark brought home then this means that Jon Snow is not Ned Stark’s bastard after all. Ned was just saying that to keep his word and Jon safe.

So we know who Jon’s mother is but what about the father? According to the rumors in Westeros, Rhaegar Targaryen kidnapped Ned’s sister and raped her. You will recall Sansa saying that in a recent episode. This is a build up to the big reveal and surely we will learn more in the next episode of Game of Thrones.

While this might be a rumor, from what we have heard of Rhaegar Targaryen, he does not seem like the person that would kidnap and rape a woman. Rhaegar Targaryen is the son of the Mad King and the elder brother of Daenerys Targaryen. So you can imagine why he has an important role to play even though the story on TV is after he died.

Game Of Thrones Episode 6

From the recent Game of Thrones episode, we learned that Rhaegar Targaryen chose annulment from his previous wife. This could mean that Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark were in love and were married to each other. If that is the case then Jon Snow would be the last dragon and would have a right to the iron throne.

This would mean that Jon Snow is not a bastard and not the rightful king in the North. This could be used against him by Sansa if she indeed wants to be the queen in the North and would rather have power instead of Jon Snow. Jon’s parents could have a significant impact on Jon’s title as the king of the North.

The marriage between Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark is one of the best-kept secrets in Game of Thrones and seeing how Little Finger was there when Rhaegar won the jousting competition, I doubt that this bit of detail has slipped past him. You can also note his expression when Sansa mentions Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark. The guy knows more than we think.

Seeing how Sam is returning, it is possible that he will be the one that tells Jon about his parents. I expect this to be a major part of the upcoming episodes.

Cersei Helps Defend The Wall

Cersei has a big ego and she will stop at nothing to defeat her enemies. Even if it means pretending to be on their side for a while. I am sure that Cersei has realized by now that she cannot win this war with men or coin.

It is possible that after she sees the walker that Jon captured she will send men to help the Night’s Watch. But this will be for her personal gain and not a utilitarian act. In recent Game of Thrones episode, we have seen Jamie talk some sense into her and mention that they cannot win by force.

The Wall Will Fall

The wall has been there since we can remember, it is protected by all kinds of enchantments but it does hinder the White Walker’s entrance into the main lands. Now that the Night King has a dragon of his own I see no reason why he cannot ride up to the wall and burn it to the ground. Yes, the wall is huge, but the Walkers do not need it all to come down.

A small portion of the wall will fall and that will be enough for the walkers to pass through. This will be an important scene in the upcoming episodes and one that I am looking forward to. It will be interesting to see how the defenders will fight off the White Dragon now that we know normal dragons can be brought down easily by the Night King.

Jamie Kills Cersei

I know Cersei just told Jamie about their baby but if you think about it, this just makes it all the more unpredictable. Jamie is known as the king slayer because he is the one that killed the Mad King. He did so because the Mad King was going to kill people using wild fire. This is something that Cersei has done in the last season.

Game Of Thrones Episode 6

It would make sense that Jamie will do the same here. He has also been reminded that Cersei is using him and that she is a poison. It is logical that he comes to his senses after all that he has been through and after all the terrible things he has seen his sister do. This is something I think people will not see coming.

Jon And Daenerys Targaryen Make Sweet Love

This is one of the most awaited scenes in Game of Thrones history and it is interesting to see how badly the fans want these two to get it over with. If you think about it, this can happen. Targaryens have been marrying their sisters to keep the blood pure. The same is the case with the Mad King. I would not be surprised if this happens before the end of this season.

Game Of Thrones Episode 6 was amazing, but with 2 more episodes to go there is a lot to look forward to.

Let us know what you think about all this and whether or not you think these events will take place in Game Of Thrones.
