Crackdown 3 Delay Will Not Have Any Impact On Xbox One X Launch Sales
Crackdown 3 is one of the most anticipated exclusives for Xbox One, however, fans were not happy with Microsoft announcing the delay for the Crackdown 3 till spring 2018. The game was to debut on November 7 with Xbox One X and now gamers are wondering if it would impact Xbox One X launch sales.
According to analyst Michael Pachter, everyone needs to calm down and added that he doesn’t think the Crackdown 3 delay will impact the Xbox One X launch sales. He said that the delay was pretty much expected and those who want to buy Xbox One X for the game will get it in March.
He also revealed the reason why he thinks Crackdown 3 delay would not impact Xbox One X launch sales is that he does not expect the console to sell much in the initial months of its launch.
I don’t think Xbox One X sales are going to be very high in the first place because of price, and don’t think a six to eight month delay for Crackdown makes any material difference.
While the console is creating a lot of buzz with its specs but, according to an industry analyst, the price of the console will be its downfall especially in the upcoming holiday season.
According to Micheal Patcher, during the holiday season users will be able to buy PS4 and Xbox One in the price of the upcoming console.
You’ll be able to get to Christmas Xbox One X launch date and for $600 you can buy a PlayStation and an Xbox and get a piece of software for each for sure like I promised that and If you can’t get that I’ll give you the 50 bucks difference.
Xbox One X will be available on November 7, 2017, in the US and will be priced at $499 and will come with games such as Forza Motorsport 7, Halo 5 and more.
