Injustice 2 Fighter Pack 2 Will Apparently Be Revealed at Gamescom 2017

Injustice 2's fighter pack 2 will apparently be revealed at Gamescom 2017 when that convention rolls around in a few weeks, but we don't know the fighters.

An announcement has just come out that Injustice 2’s Fighter Pack 2 will apparently get an exclusive reveal at this upcoming Gamescom, which takes place roughly at the end of August. Though we don’t know what heroes and villains will be in the pack, hopefully they’ll be a bunch of good ones.

Various guest fighters and new heroes have been added to Injustice 2 ever since it came out a few months ago, such as SubZero, who was added last month just as his eternal rival Scorpion was added to the original Injustice game when it was released. However, what other fighters might come from the pack remains to be seen.

There have been a number of guesses over who will be in Injustice 2’s Fighter Pack 2, though one of the main guesses is Spawn, the demonic anti-hero that is one of the most distinctive heroes. The rumors about Spawn’s inclusion came from a poll on Ed Boon’s Twitter, where he put up a poll over what non-Mortal Kombat characters might be added to Injustice. In a poll between Spawn, the Terminator, Hellboy, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Spawn came out on top.

The same was true for Sub Zero when he was added to the game, as he won a poll on Ed Boon’s Twitter about a Mortal Kombat guest character. He was pitted against Johnny Cage, Raiden, and Jax, and won. As one of the game’s mascot characters, his inclusion isn’t really surprising.

While we don’t really have any idea of what Injustice 2’s Fighter Pack 2 will have in it, it might very well have Spawn along with a few other heroes. However, with Gamescom still a few weeks away, Injustice 2 fans will have to wait and see who ends up joining the fight against Brainiac when the fighter pack releases.
