Razer has announced a new gaming accessory this week that is simply a miniature stand for players to rest their precious headphones on.

The Razer Base Station Chroma, as the name gives away, is decked with color-changing RGB technology. Those who already belong to the exclusive cult of pimping up every hardware, peripheral, or accessory in sight will surely be interested. At this point, the company may very well be running out of ideas to satisfy the lighting craze.

“When you’ve got a killer gaming setup, the last thing you need is your gear in a mess,” reads the official description. “Easy on the eyes and ready for use whenever you need it.

As a small bonus, the Razer Base Station Chroma also features a series of three USB 3.0 ports located at the bottom of the accessory. This will allow players to charge devices or connect peripherals without having to snake wires from behind the computer system.

The detachable headphone stand is made from lightweight high-grade plastic, and has anti-slip feet to make sure it stays put. As with the rest of the products from the company, the Base Station Chroma will also be fully programmable with Razer Synapse.

The Razer Base Station Chroma will set you back $59.99 when it begins shipping later this year. More information about the product is pending from the company. However, it does not seem that the accessory is holding any more features to convince consumers otherwise.
