Destiny 2 PC Beta Will Be Patched For Glitches Found In Console Beta
Destiny 2 PC beta is getting closer and PC gamers are excited to check out the game for themselves. Bungie has already detailed the content that will be included in Destiny 2 PC beta and now the studio has revealed that glitches from the console beta will not be present in the PC beta.
Not only the glitches will be removed from Destiny 2 PC beta but players will also see some changes too like changes to the power ammo drops, grenade buffs in PvE and more. Many of these issues will be patched in the PC beta and these changes will make the experience much better.
The glitches that will be patched out are the Infinite Super glitch, Warlock Glide Glitch, infinite grenade glitch, and melee range for the Warlock has been decreased but, it does not affect perks that directly buff melee range for Warlocks.
As for the changes, super will charge faster in the Destiny 2 PC beta along with grenade damage has been increased in PvE and the Power Ammo drops have been increased.
Also, Bungie has announced that some of the third-party apps for in game capture and voice chat will not work properly with Destiny 2 on PC. According to Bungie, the studio is blocking these third-party apps to prevent cheating in Destiny 2 on PC.
To help ensure that every player will have a fair shot at fun and glory in Destiny 2 on PC, we resist attempts by third-party applications to insert code into the game client. This may result in incompatibility between Destiny 2 PC and the features of common third-party applications.
Bungie has also detailed the specs for the upcoming Destiny 2 beta and the system requirements are surprisingly low.
Destiny 2 is a first-person action shooter in development at Bungie and is scheduled to launch this fall for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
