Call Of Duty: WWII is one the most anticipated games to launch this year and developer Sledgehammer Games also intends to take the series back to its roots. With PS4 beta starting later this month the hype for the game is high and the devs are sharing new details about the game.
Sledgehammer Games have also revealed some details about the Headquarters, which is an in-game social place that supports 48 people at the same time. In Call of Duty: WWII headquarters players can also open loot boxes, however, what is interesting is that these loot boxes work like porn movies even the viewers will be granted a happy ending meaning, those players who watch you open up something will also earn prizes.
As explained in the September issue of Game Informer, “Headquarters takes place in a ‘D+3’ zone (three days after D-Day), showing off the launching grounds of major Allied operations. Space is filled with supplies, vehicles, and more. The HQ gives you many options for spending time in between multiplayer rounds”.
Like the previous entries in the franchise, Call of Duty: WWII will also feature a zombies mode that will be based on actual events. According to creative director Cameron Dayton, zombies in Call of Duty: WWII zombies mode are the scariest the players will ever see.
I think this is, without a doubt, the scariest version of Zombies that you will have ever seen. It’s the perfect storm of technology, and studio talent, and an audience that I just think is ready for something that is going to scare the hell out of them. And I think it is something that I’m going to recommend, for first-time players, do not turn the lights off.
Call of Duty: WWII is a first-person action shooter in development at Sledgehammer Games and is scheduled to launch on November 3, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
