Features PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Desperately Needs

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently the hottest game around for PC. Players are dropped on a giant island with different random forests and towns full of random gear and loot. The players must scavenge around and look for supplies, gear, and try to survive as long as possible. In all out warfare, the last person standing is the winner.

Although the game is very good and has many features that are fun to explore, there are still some things that we want to see added in the game, which we think will make PUBGs even better.

Here are some of the things that we would like to see in PUBGs

More Weapons

layerUnknown's Battlegrounds

PUBGs already has a wide range of weapons ranging from pistols to sniper rifles. However, the thing with weapons is that they are never enough. A time comes when the player becomes bored of using the same weapons repeatedly and begs for more variety. Therefore, it is very important that the developers must add new weapons in the game.

It would be even better that they keep adding weapons at a steady pace. There are so many options that they can add to the already big roster of weapons. Since the game has vehicles, they can add rocket launchers or even better heat-seeking rocket launchers. Also, different sorts of scopes of the weapons such as thermal scopes etc. These would be awesome additions to the game.

Viewing Equipment

Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds

PUBGs has a huge map and most of the time, you will get hit and you will not even know where the hit came from. This would happen less if you had long-range viewing equipment such as binoculars. With the large scale of PUBGs, it is strange that the developers have not already added such viewing equipment in the game.

They will be very beneficial especially for teaming up with friends. One person can spot the targets using a binocular while the other can take the shots. This would add a new layer of realism to the game and will open up more ways to play the game. The developers should add this one feature in the game as soon as possible.

Day-Night Cycle

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Equipment

PUBG already has different weather settings so why not changing time. This feature will open up new possibilities for the game and will require more specific hardware to cope with the nighttime. This will add more realism to the game and will be more challenging as well due to the limited visibility at night.

With the night mode, new sorts of tactics and hardware will be required to kill the opposition. Different sorts of night vision accessories such as goggles and scopes will be required for surviving during the nighttime.

More Transport Means

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Cars Locations

PUBGs has a huge map. Although there are vehicles in the game, but they are very rare and they are highly vulnerable. It would be awesome if new vehicles were added in the game. They will add more challenge in the game especially if some of the vehicles are battle specific such as APVs and technicals.

They can add a wide-variety of vehicles to the game such as off road vehicles, light armored vehicles, tanks, helicopters, and jets. They can set timers on them so they can be used only when the tier requirement is met. This will make the game a lot of fun and will add a bit of challenge. This will also open way for more diverse game modes and weapons.

Offline Practice Mode

Playerunknown's Battlegrounds PC Tweaks

Another feature we would love to see in PUBGs is the offline practice mode where players can enter the map, explore it at will understanding mechanics, and make strategies for online. They can go there with their friends for some offline fun and this mode will provide an easy way to play it without any area limiting countdowns or fear of dying from a blind bullet.

This will enable new players to practice because the game has been out for quite some time and regular players are now pros at the game. Along with this, it will give everyone a great chance to see the game and enjoy the visuals of in an easy and comfortable setting.

Traps

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Guide

Traps will be very useful in PUBGs because of the nature of the game. Most of the time, players hide in buildings that are full of rooms and entrances. Even if you are playing with your friends, sometimes you will not be able to cover all the doors. In such situations, traps will be very handy.

Traps such as mines, claymores, and trip wires would be very useful for players who like to hide in places such as buildings or rooms. These will also take care of those sneaky assassins who creep up on players from behind.

Traps will make sure that you can literally set up camp and kill all who approach. The traps could be crafted or picked up. Makeshift traps will also be very functional in the game and will add more realism considering it is a survival RPG type game.

Improved Vehicle Mechanics

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds

The current vehicles already added in the game have terrible mechanics and physics. They need to be improved because they have very difficult and stiff controls. They do not adjust well on the off road surface. They roll over very easily and are very slow. The developers need to fix the vehicle mechanics as soon as possible because driving greatly benefits in the game. With improved mechanics, the players can use them even more efficiently.

That is all the suggestions from our side about things we want to see in PUBGs. If you want to add anything, feel free to use the comments section below.
