EKWB, the premium liquid cooling solutions provider, announced a range of full-cover single-slot water blocks for the upcoming Radeon RX Vega 64 and RX Vega 56 graphics cards. Full-cover design means it directly cools the GPU, memory chips and voltage regulator of the GPU for effective cooling and efficient heat dissipation.
The EK-FC water block comes with a single slot I/O bracket that will save the extra slots occupied by traditional coolers. A special Plastic cover is designed to reveal the Radeon logo as well. There are 4 variants of the water blocks and 2 variants for the back plates. Plexi variants feature two pre-drilled slots for 3mm LED lights.
It also comes with a back plate which passively improves the cooling of PCB (circuit board) along with a finesse look to the overall GPU appearance.
These water blocks and back plates are made in Slovenia, Europe. Price ranges from 29.95 to 37.95 Euros for the Black and Nickle back plates respectively. For water blocks 109.95 Euros till 119.95 for the Acetal, Nickle and Copper variants. The chemical properties of Nickle and Copper remain the same.
If we’re talking about liquid cooling blocks The Nickle coating is basically done on the copper block to avoid corrosion and Acetal is a type of plastic that the top is made of, it will either be Acrylic or Acetal.
The Radeon Vega water block is compatible with Radeon Vega Frontier Edition, Radeon RX Vega 64 and Radeon RX Vega 56. Judging by the intense computational power and high clock speeds, EK’s water cooling solutions will enable the users to push the limits of the RAM and Core clocks, while keeping the hardware cool and stable even in tough conditions. Because when we really need the extra ounce of power output, that’s basically the last time you expect your hardware to malfunction or become unstable.
These premium coolers will keep your AMD RX Vega 56 and RX Vega 64 at peak performance.
