The Regalia might not have been driveable at first in Final Fantasy XV but, Square Enix sorted it out in later updates. However, the car will not be only driveable in Final Fantasy XV as it is also coming to Xbox exclusive Forza Horizon 3.
Microsoft announced at ChinaJoy 2017 that Forza Horizon 3 players will be able to enjoy The Regalia from Final Fantasy XV. The company also revealed that the car will be available for free to all Forza Horizon 3 owners. However, no specific release date has been announced.
Forza Horizon 3 is an open world racing video game developed by Playground Games exclusively for PC and Xbox one. Also, Playground Games is working on a non-racing title, however, nothing has been revealed about the game.
The upcoming non-racing title might be an open world Xbox exclusive IP. According to a report, the studio is working on the new open-world IP for Xbox One.
According to the report, the studio has already started recruiting for the new Xbox IP since last year. It would be interesting to see an open-world exclusive title for Xbox One from Playground Games unless it gets canceled.
While the studio will be working on a new game but it has no plans to abandon the Forza Horizon franchise. According to Fulton, Forza is the “cornerstone” for the studio.
The next entry in the Forza franchise is the upcoming Forza Motorsport 7. The game will also be available for Xbox One X and Forza 7 will run at native 4K/60 FPS on the console. However, even the game will run at 60 FPS/4K, the console will have 30% spare GPU power.
Forza Motorsport 7 will launch on October 3, 2017, for PC and Xbox One and will also be a Play Anywhere title.
