Game Director Addresses The Giant Snake In Assassin’s Creed Origins
Assassin’s Creed Origins is a few months away from launch and fans of the franchise are excited about the game. Ubisoft has changed a lot of things like the loot system which the studio says is a smart loot system. Now, the studio has addressed the giant snake showcased on the E3 2017 demo explaining that there is a logic behind it.
Speaking with OPM UK, director Ashraf Ismail explained the reason behind why there is a giant snake in the game and also assured that the Assassin’s Creed ORigins will not delve into the realm of high fantasy.
here is a justification for that snake, of course, you don’t want me to spoil that for you and I won’t. Yes, it’s a giant snake, if you ask yourself, how could a giant snake exist for a guy like Bayek? I’m sure there are a few answers that can work, but I’ll stay saying that Assassin’s Creed is an authentic, credible experience. We have our lore, but we don’t ever really break that immersiveness by all of a sudden going fantasy out of nowhere—outside the realm of the First Civilisation stuff.
The upcoming Assassin’s Creed game is being developed by the same studio that brought Assassin’s Creed Black Flag and the studio has revealed that Assassin’s Creed Origins is “at least twice the size of Havana from Black Flag”. However, he added that size of the world does not matter.
Also, game director Ashraf Ismail has ensured fans that the game features high-quality optional content. He added that there is a lot of optional content in the game and it is full of surprises.

Assassin’s Creed Origins is an upcoming action RPG in development at Ubisoft and is scheduled to launch on October 27, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
