More exciting reveals have taken place for the next expansion pack of Hearthstone, revealing a new legendary card as well as several others for your decks.
Considering that Knights of the Frozen Throne is themed around the Lich King, it was only a matter of time before we saw his loyal dragon become part of the free-to-play card game experience.
Sindragosa (Mage Legendary)
Battlecry: Summon two 0/1 Frozen champions
Frozen Champion (Mage Summons)
Deathrattle: Add a random Legendary minion to your hand
Sindragosa alone features beefy numbers but her main strength lies in the two summoned minions on the board. Opponents will obviously stay away from killing off the Frozen Champions, a task that the player must take upon themselves to complete. That being said, the true nature of the random legendary minions can only be determined once Blizzard fully unveils the rest of the cards destined to arrive next month with the new expansion pack.
Besides Sindragosa, third-party publications and partners have cycled between themselves since yesterday to drop more cards from Knights of the Frozen Throne.
Bearshark (Hunter Minion)
Other: Can’t be targeted by spells or Hero Powers
Leeching Poison (Rogue Spell)
Other: Give your weapon Lifesteal
Bring It On! (Warrior Spell)
Other: Gain 10 Armor and reduce the cost of minions in your opponent’s hand by 2
Coldwraith (Mage Minion)
Battlecry: If an enemy is Frozen, draw a card
Voodoo Hexxer (Shaman Minion)
Other: Freeze any character damaged by this minion
This is the second major reveal in the series. The one prior to this one can be browsed here.
Knights of the Frozen Throne is slated to release sometime next month for Hearthstone. The theme explores the possibility of Arthas, the Lich King, successfully defeating all the heroes of Warcraft at Icecrown Citadel and raising them to do his bidding with the malicious powers of Frostmourne.
