Bethesda has been talking about Fallout 4 VR for quite some time and we got our first look at it at E3 2017. However, Bethesda has only confirmed the VR version of Fallout 4 for HTC Vive and will launch sometime in 2017. However, a leak has made its way on the internet suggesting that Fallout 4 VR will also come to PSVR.
The leak comes from PlayStation VR sub-Reddit where a fan posted an image that reveals that Fallout 4 VR will also come to PSVR. However, it is important to mention that Bethesda is yet to officially announce the release of Fallout 4 VR for PlayStation’s VR headset, so take it as a grain of salt.
Also, the VR version of Fallout 4 is being praised by many in the game industry and AMD is also very impressed with Bethesda’s approach for Fallout 4 VR. According to AMD Corporate Vice President, Roy Taylor, Fallout 4 VR will be an industry changer event much like the original Super Mario Bros and Sonic The Hedgehog.
Bethesda has also confirmed that the VR version of Fallout 4 will be a complete experience and will not be a run of the mill VR version of the widely popular Fallout 4.
According to Bethesda’s director and executive producer, Todd Howard, the upcoming Fallout 4 VR will be a complete experience that will be comprised of the entire game.
